Lot: This is a medium sized park (one medium lot on one side of the baseball diamond and another medium lot on the other side). The lots are gravel based and relatively level. There are pull through and back-in lots. The park has mature trees and the shade has been welcome.
Our lot was the Woods Lot located to the left of the ball field. The Riverside lot is in the upper right of the photo and includes sewer. The playground for the kids is under the trees across the street from the Woods Lot where we stayed.
Amenities: Electric – 30 and 50 amp, Water – Yes, Sewer – Yes (only in one park and a cost is added, there is a dump station), TV – No, Internet – Yes (at an extra cost)
Other Conveniences: Showers, Bathrooms. Playground for kids, Ice Machine across road from Woods campground
Other Inconveniences: No Dog Walk Area, No Fire Rings
Positives: The price – 50 amp and water for $8.00 per night was great. Would be great for kids, there is a very nice playground in the park. You are in town for shopping, eating, and fuel. There is a nice truck wash half a block from the park.
Negatives: Some traffic noise from being in town but not bad. We used our own bathroom, but I noticed the bathrooms were marked closed for renovation. If you plan to use their facilities I would check with the park first.
This is a great park for a weekend excursion or a week trip. It seemed like most of the bigger rigs went to the $15.00 side that had sewer hook-ups, but we enjoyed our three days at $8.00 and dumped on our way out.
