Rates: The sign says $13 per night. RV Parky says $13 – $28. Without a web site you will have to call to verify the daily rate.
Lots: There are only 10-12 back in sites. This is an extremely small park. As a matter of fact, it is simply a pull off on the road to Lake City. The base is packed sand and some of the back ins are tight with a couple of trees.
Amenities: Water – Yes, Electric – Yes, but not sure if 50 is available, Sewer – Yes, TV – Not sure, Internet – Sign says Yes
Other Conveniences: None
Other Inconveniences: No Laundry, No Shower, No Playground for Kids, No Dog Walk
Positives: The price: full hook-ups for $13 per night is unheard of, but there are few convenience that come with such a low price. Location: you are pretty much in Lake City with places to eat and things to do are literally right around the corner.
Negatives: It looks like a number of people have been here for a long time. I talked to one guy and it seems like this is the place that locals go when they are having problems at home. Being such a small park and with the number of locals using it, I would expect it would be difficult to get in for more than a day or two. When I was there the lot was full. The park is right next to the main road that comes into Lake City, the sound of traffic would be 24/7 here.
