Rates:
There is no listing for a monthly rate, so you would have to discuss that with the front office. With our Good Sam Discount, we paid just over $70 for the two nights we stayed here (after tax).
Lot:
This is an extremely large lot. There are pull through and back in sites. All sites are level and concrete based. The park is about a mile off Interstate 10. Cabins are also available.
Amenities: Electric – 30 and 50 amp, Water – Yes, Sewer – Yes, TV – Yes, Internet – Yes (Internet is provided by an outside company and is an additional cost – there is free internet in a couple of buildings).
Other Conveniences: Laundry, Showers, Gathering Room, Fishing Pond, Movie Theater, Workout Room, Video Arcade, Grocery, Playground for Kids, Two Pools, Water Park, Hot Tub, Propane, and Mini Golf
Other Inconveniences: No Designated Dog Walking Area
Positives: The concrete lots made it easy to level the RV. This is a very pretty park, well laid out and as you have read, provides plenty of activities for both adults as well as children. This is a wonderful park to relax in, or have family fun.
Negatives: The park is geared to warm-weather and outdoor activities. This would be a great place to stay in the summer. We, however, stayed here in January. All of the outdoor activities were closed (Fishing, Mini Golf, and, of course, Pools and Water Park). Along with this, there was construction in several areas.
Note: When we checked in we were told that a restaurant next door (Crawfish Town USA) would pick us up at our camper to take us to their restaurant. Angela and I decided to test this. We called and within a few minutes a guy on a golf cart pulled up to our RV and took us to the restaurant and brought us back when we were finished. That was really pretty cool.
