Lots:  The lots were very pretty with Live Oak Trees and Palm Trees all around; it was really beautiful.  When I told the lady at the front desk the size of our RV (35 ft.), she started marking off all the lots that would not accommodate our RV.  She marked out about half of them.  But the ones that would work were mostly pull-throughs.

Positives: Location, Location, Location.  Right on Tybee Island, 3 blocks from the ocean, 15 minutes from Savannah.  Lots to do nice places to eat, perfect place for a snowbird, or a sun worshiper.  Nicely maintained.  Beautiful area.

Negatives:  No WiFi.  A little more expensive than I like, but you are paying for the location.  Lot rent does not include Electric.  Limited on the total number of larger RV’s could be a problem if staying long term.

Larger RV sites are on the front road heading to the beach
